Profile

In our Clinic we treat all surgical conditions, either with open or laparoscopic procedures.

Specifically, we perform:

1) Laparoscopic surgery for all types of inguinal hernias (TAPP), as well as plastic surgery repair of all other types of hernias (postoperative hernias, umbilical hernias, femoral hernias).

2) Laparoscopic surgeries for gastric band removal.

3) Thyroid surgeries (total thyroidectomies for benign and malignant conditions) with or without the use of a neurostimulator for nerve detection and parathyroidectomies for parathyroid gland conditions.

4) Breast surgeries (for benign and malignant lesions) with modern techniques (limited resections, sentinel lymph node biopsy)

5) Gastric incisions (partial and/or total Roux-en-Y gastrojejunostomy).

6) Regular and advanced colon surgeries (colectomies, total colectomies, abdominal perineal resection).

7) Regular and advanced biliary surgeries (Laparoscopic cholecystectomy, biliary-enteric anastomosis, bile duct examination with t-tube). In our Clinic we treat all injuries; from the simplest to the most complex (packing of life-threatening pelvic injury, perihepatic packing, embolization for traumatic haemorrhages, knife wounds, gunshot wounds, etc.). We are the only Clinic in Cyprus able to conduct any surgical operation in patients with HIV, while also treating all nephrological cases requiring surgery in Larnaca and Famagusta (placement of temporary and permanent haemodialysis catheters and peritoneal dialysis catheters).
