Wide spectrum of adult heart surgeries at UHSM. From 2017 until today he works as a Special Cardiothoracic Surgeon at Nicosia General Hospital. He completed his doctoral thesis in Medicine at the University of Athens (2015) and a postgraduate degree Master in Business Administration in Healthcare MBA with distinction at the University of Sheffield (2018). In 2016 he was honored by the Cardiothoracic Surgery Society of the United Kingdom and Ireland (SCTS) with the SCTS Ionescu Scholarship. He is a member of the FECTS after passing the respective examinations-2015 of Fellow of European Board of Cardiothoracic Surgery (FECTS) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS). He has co-authored medical textbooks and published various articles in peer-reviewed medical journals, mainly on the subject of cardiac surgery. Since 2017 he participates in the education of Medical students of the University of Cyprus
