Dr. George Nicolaou completed his studies in Greece, where he graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He was a resident doctor at the General State Hospital of Nikea and at the Special Cancer Hospital “Metaxa”, where he received the specialty of General Surgeon. He participated and performed a large number of oncological surgeries and also collaborated in a large number of specialised general peritoneal carcinoma surgeries with the HIPEC technique. He worked as a specialist at the General Hospital of Karditsa, where he underwent a very large number of surgeries and dealt with a multitude of emergencies. He received a doctoral thesis diploma, when he was awarded a doctorate from the University of Thessaly as well as a Postgraduate specialisation diploma. He has participated in the writing and editing of numerous international publications and as a speaker at numerous medical conferences. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Scientific Society of Medical Students in Greece, President of the Association of Rural Service Doctors of the Prefecture of Karditsa, Member of the Board of the Medical Association of Karditsa, President and CEO of a Private Clinic.
