Ms. Maria Zoumbopoulou completed her undergraduate studies in occupational therapy at the Athens Higher Technological Educational Institute in 2006. In 2009 she received a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on Pediatric Occupational Therapy from Brunel University, West London. She has over 13 years of work experience with children and their families and with adults with mental health problems. From 2014 to 2017 she ran her own treatment centre for children in Lamia, Greece. She has also worked from 2017 to December 2019 as a specialist teacher at the Department of Occupational Therapy of the European University of Cyprus, teaching 12 different courses. She has participated in various scientific conferences, seminars and trainings. She is a member of the Pancyprian Association of Occupational Therapists and is registered in the Cyprus Occupational Therapy Registration Council (no. 142).
