Dr. Dionysios Kraniou completed his studies in Romania, where he graduated from the English-speaking department of the “Ovidius” Constanta University of Medicine. He then acquired his specialty in Pathology in one of the largest hospitals in Greece, Nikea General Hospital “Agios Panteleimon”, with further education in Diabetes Mellitus in the diabetology department of the C’ Pathology Clinic. His scientific work includes more than 20 papers and participations in seminars in Greek conferences, co-author of the book “Treatment of common diseases in primary health care – current views and recommendations”, Parisianos publications, chapter: “Chronic diarrhea”, and participation in the writing of the chapter “Urinary Tract Infections”, Athens 2016. Co-author of the study “Trends in Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity in Greece from 2003 to 2014” published in the American Diabetes Association.
