Master in Health Units Management
I am ProkopiaTsoulli a General Practitioner – Family Doctor and I work in Primary Health Care since January 1997. From June 2020 I continue working as a personal doctor for the GHS (GESY), detached at the SHSO and Head of Kaimakli Health Centre
I graduated from Pallourotissa high school in 1985 and then studied at the Medical School of Ioannina University where I received my diploma in July 1992. I completed my training at Nicosia General Hospital and joined the Doctor Register of of Cyprus in 1993.
My specialty training started at the Nicosia General Hospital and I was then transferred to the Regional General Hospital of Athens (George Genimatas) and I received the specialty of General Medicine in November 1996 in Athens. I worked at A&E Departments in Larnaca and Nicosia and then in Health Centres in Larnaca, in Geri, in Tseri and for six years at Kaimakli Health Center. In October 2007, and after attending the European Academy Course for Trainers in General Medicine (EURACT) that took place in Cyprus, I was accepted as a fellow.
In July 2014 I completed successfully the postgraduate course in Health Units Management at the Open University of Cyprus. For several years I participated in education of students at St. Georges Medical School. Since 2017 I am particularly pleased to participate in the education of the Medical School students of the University of Cyprus in health centres.
