The Rheumatology Department operates an Outpatient clinic every Tuesday and Thursday offering the following services:
– Monitoring and treatment of patients with autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis | systemic lupus erythematosus | systemic scleroderma | dermatomyositis | Sjogren’s syndrome | etc), autoinflammatory diseases (familial Mediterranean fever), degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system (osteoarthritis | osteoporosis etc).
– Provides services (consultations) to other clinics.
– The Inflammatory Diseases Day Care Unit provides specialised therapies (biological agents | immunomodulators | immunoglobulins, etc.) to patients with rheumatic diseases | gastrointestinal and skin diseases.
