“DIAVASI” Substitute Substance Programme is a treatment unit for opioid addiction and is housed at the Old Larnaca Hospital. The Unit’s interprofessional team provides treatment which includes both medication and psychosocial care.
The purpose of substitute substance therapy is to reduce the physical, psychological and social dysfunction that accompanies addiction and to restore physical, psychological and social function.
