Dr. Tsielepis Michalis graduated from the Medical School of I.P. PAVLOV PLOVDIV in Bulgaria in 1992 with degree grade Excellent. This was followed by the recognition of a degree (DIKATSA) in Athens.
1993-1994: Worked in Larnaca General Hospital (Preregistration) in Internal Medicine and Surgery <br/> 1994-1995: Specialty in Pathology in Piraeus Hospital “Metaxas” <br/> 1995-1998: Specialty in Cardiology in General Hospital Evangelismos. Title of cardiology specialty by the University of Athens. <br/> 2000-2001: Rural service for one year at Samos – Kefalonia Health Centres, where he operated a regular Cardiology Clinic. <br/> 2001-2002: Secondment to the Department of Cardiology at Argostoli Hospital. Participation in Socio-medical Care Programme in the Municipality of Argostoli – Kegallinias. <br/> 2002-2003: Appointment as Consultant Cardiologist at Syros General Hospital – Santorini Health Centre for 1 year. During this period he participated in Socio-medical Care programme of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Greek Republicand participated in Medical Care missions in the South Aegean islands. <br/> 2003 – Present: Works in the Cardiology clinic at Larnaca General Hospital, initially as a temporary Cardiologist from 01/08/2007 to permanent appointment as Medical Officer A’ in Cardiology. </p> <p> Training on “Cardiac Ultrasound – Sonographic Modern Techniques” within the framework of a programme and a grant provided by Cyprus Ministry of Health which took place at C’ Cardiology Euroclinic in Athens.
