Dr. Andreas Stylianou completed his studies in Germany, where he graduated from the University of Düsseldorf, where he specialised in Diabetology. He continued his studies in Nutrition, Mediterranean Diet and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases, in Childhood Obesity, Diabetic Foot, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and Emergency Prehospital and Hospital Medicine. Dr. Stylianou’s doctoral dissertation was on the correlation between microalbuminuria and postprandial triglyceridemia in people with type 2 diabetes. He has numerous international presentations and publications in scientific journals, over 60 participations in educational seminars, over 100 participations in Greek and International conferences. In addition, he is a member of the nominal committee of medicines, a member of the Review Board as well as Chairman of the Scientific Committee of Larnaca General Hospital.
