Mr. Theodorides has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, where he has held senior management positions within banking institutions in Cyprus. His expertise extends to organisational administration and management of non-performing loans (NPL). Among other roles, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of USB Bank PLC, as a member of the Executive Committee of Astrobank PLC, and as the Chief Executive Officer of QQuant Master Servicer Cyprus Ltd, an NPL service and real estate company. Moreover, he worked at the international auditing firm Arthur Andresen in the United Kingdom, where he attained his Chartered Accountant qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Theodorides has led significant initiatives and projects aimed at quality improvement and functional enhancement of various organisations by adopting best practices and leveraging technology.
He has served as a board member in various corporate boards and associations, including the Association of Cyprus Banks.
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester, with a specialisation in Accounting (BA Hons). Furthermore, Mr. Theodorides is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and the Cyprus Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA Cyprus).
