Dr. Andreas Stylianou completed his studies in Germany, where he graduated from the Medical University of Düsseldorf. Within the framework of programs of the Kapodistrian National University, he conducted postgraduate courses on “Nutrition, Mediterranean Diet and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases”, Childhood Obesity, Diabetic Foot, “CARDIOPNEUMONIC NEEDS” and “Emergency”.

He completed his PHd thesis on the correlation between microalbuminuria and postpostprandialtriglyceridemia in people with type 2 diabetes. In addition, he is a member of the nominal committee of medicines, a member of the Review Board as well as Chairman of the Scientific Committee of GH Larnaca.

He was President of the Cyprus Diabetes Society and is Vice President of the Cyprus Pathology Society and a member of the Board of the Famagusta Medical Association “Galanos”.
