Pediatric Anesthesiology
Dr. Ioannis Papachristos completed his studies in Greece where he graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and received the Specialty of Anesthesiology from the Attica Region. Dr Papachristos has a long documented track record of surgery, mainly in the management of critically ill high-risk patients. He has active participation in educational Conferences and Seminars with presentations and papers both in Cyprus and abroad. He provides anesthesia (General, Local, Sedation -Analgesia) in a wide range of scheduled and emergency surgeries in the operating room and outside (A&E, MRI, CT, etc). In addition, he manages high-risk patients and accompanies critically ill patients to other Hospitals. He also participates in the training of Residents in Anesthesiology and of the Anesthesiology students of the Medical School of St George’s University. He has presentations and publications in scientific journals and conferences. He is a member of the scientific committee of Limassol Medical Association. He has been a member of Cyprus Anesthesiology Society.
